Extract high volumes of documents (up to 5,000) at once with Sensible’s new batch extract. Upload document batches directly to the extract tab in the Sensible platform in bulk, eliminating manual file-by-file efforts. The data can be downloaded in Excel format to feed into your extraction workflow.

How batch extract works

1. To use batch extract, simply upload multiple documents or a folder to the extract tab.

2. Select whether it is a document or portfolio, then choose the document type. A batch id is assigned to those documents, and you can add additional metadata, like a description, to provide further contextual details.

3. Select RUN EXTRACTION to upload and extract your selected  documents. Each document processed in your batch will be billed as one document.

You can track your extraction progress and results in the extraction table.

4. Download batch data from the batch extractions tab, or filter by batch id in the extraction history table to export the data.

Batch extract simplifies processing large volumes of documents – try for yourself on the Sensible platform, or request a demo from a Sensible expert.
